Configuration
Important* all of these items could be found in SHOP > Computers and Hardware on the navigation tab. It is also linked in this text.
So you are looking to put together or upgrade the ultimate music/video making beast known as the dream machine.
Heres what you need to know. You will need a 2tb system drive and atleast 16gb of RAM. (bare minimum)
If it is a laptop, depending on the model you will most likely be limited on choices for internal storage. If it is
a macbook pro mid 2012 (non-retina) or newer then your model is equipped with USB 3.0 in which case its best to
get a Seagate 5tb usb 3.0 portable external drive for most of the content. You will find it here.
Otherwise if it is a 2011 model you will find a great portable thunderbolt 2 drive click here.
If you own a newer macbook with thunderbolt 3 then youll want this 8tb Lacie drive here.
If you own a newer macbook pro with thunderbolt 3 and you need something more portable than click here.
If you have a Mac Pro 2012 or earlier, you can get these dependable WD 4tb Drives here. I would recommend you use an SSD via
Sonnet Tempo SSD Pro Plus 6Gb/s SATA PCIe 2.0 Card with atleast a 1tb SSD here or a 2tb SSD here.

Optionally
I would highly recommend another Seagate 5tb usb 3.0 portable external drive or a
WD My Book 8TB USB 3.0 3.5" Desktop External Hard Drive to be set up as a time machine backup
I would also highly recommend another drive, preferably an SSD to keep your sessions separate from your system and content drives.
If you go with an SSD then you will need an OWC mount to fit it into the Mac Pro slot which you can find here.
Lastly I'd highly recommend this USB 3.1 card to allow up to date storage options with faster transfer speeds.
You can still use DM with the drives that you have, however I recommend these upgrades over time for optimal performance
and also to ensure that if you need to restore your dream machine you will not lose any content you had on the main drive.

32 Lives (LEGACY DM macOS)
To reset the license for 32 Lives
Open your Finder
on the sidebar click on the plugin folder
inside you will find a folder called INSTALL
Inside that folder you will find the Sound Radix Multigen.
Double click and relaunch your DAW
Little Snitch (DM macOS)
Little Snitch is a network monitor which creates a firewall with RULES to block apps from calling home and receiving incoming calls
the goal is to stop certain connections from occurring to keep your software active.
Logic is OK to FOREVER ALLOW ANY CONNECTION
ANY OTHER LEGIT SOFTWARE such as Apples STOCK APPS like iMessage and FaceTime can be ALLOWED FOREVER by
ANY CONNECTION.
Anything you are not sure of just DONT ALLOW/ANY CONNECTION/UNTIL QUIT
If you are unsure send me an email letting me know what is happening and I will advise on the proper RULE to setup

If you do not remember it, call me. Also these are codesigned and not designed to work on NON DREAM MACHINES. The OS is custom so the installation of these packages on non dream machines may result in system instability or a complete system crash of that computer. Your dream machine has a modded core specifically coded to work with these modded scripts. Install these updates at your own risk and if you should need help due to one of these updates please send me an email here and make sure you purchase one hour of tech support via the shop here.
